Lurriga Gardens is a luxuriously appointed and furnished detached 3 bedroom (master en-suite) bungalow residence on its own private mature gardens/grounds of c.1 acre ,located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Skibbereen town ,within walking distance of all amenities and the town centre.

All on ground floor.

Fitted Kitchen/Dining Area, white units, ceramic tiled floor ,complete with refrigerator, cooker, washing machine, dryer, dish washer, microwave ,coffee machine and all the necessary ,cutlery, dishes, and furniture. Colour TV.


Living Room, with open fireplace, picture window with access to sitting deck overlooking gardens compliment the select and varied furniture.
