Cancellation by Customer.
In
the event that you wish to cancel your holiday suite
reservation, the following charges will apply. Out side
eight weeks from arrival date you will forfeit your
booking deposit.
Within the eight weeks of commencement the balance will
only be refunded if we are successful in re-letting the
property. There will not be a refund if the customer
arrives late or vacate the property prior to expiration
of their booking. We recommend you take out travel
insurance to cover such problems.
